Klippan kulturfastigheter

Klippan Kulturfastigheter is an office complex in Gothenburg, Sweden, with 11 floors. Each floor is 700 square meters and equipped with 70 Plejd devices. Plejd controls lighting, ventilation, and alarms, creating a flexible and automated work environment.

Energy optimization

Ventilation and lighting are controlled with Plejd's wireless motion sensor (WMS-01). It activates the systems upon presence, ensuring they are only operational when needed and optimizing energy consumption. In addition, Plejd is integrated in the security system for alarms and locks. As a result, the lighting is automatically turned off when the alarm is activated and turned on when the alarm is off, which provides both security and efficiency.

Easy configuration

Several different Plejd products have been used in the project. For example, DALI Broadcast (DAL-01) controls downlights, Dimmer LED (DIM-01) controls pendant lights, and Dimmer 1–10V (CTR-01) controls ventilation. It's easy for electricians to access and configure the system physically and via the app. The app and Plejd's robust mesh make it easy to adjust settings and add additional products as needed.

The installer and owner of EXXEL, Mikael Wijkö, is involved in the project and the electrical installation at Klippan Kulturfastigheter. “We have followed Plejd since day one and their journey is impressive,” says Mikael. “The products are error-free and reliable, so it was an obvious choice to use Plejd for this installation."
