You can find the Plejd app on the App Store and Google Play. Download it to get started.
The app is free for all types of users.
If you do not have access to Google Play, you need to install the app manually using the app's APK file. You can find the file here. To install the app manually, you might need to enable app sideloading on your Android device. Please check with the manufacturer of your device for instructions on how to do this.
1. Open the app and tap "Create account."
2. Fill in your name and email address.
3. Choose a password.
4. Select a user role. Choose the correct role to access relevant settings in your app. You can change the user role later.
If you will be controlling the Plejd system, choose the role of a user. If you are installing the products, choose the role of an installer.
The user role gives you access to relevant settings in the app. You can change your user role by tapping the menu at the top left corner, selecting "User settings", and then "User role."
1. Tap the menu in the top left corner and select "Add system."
2. Select "Import with code."
3. After inserting the code, you have to choose a user role. An owner gets access to all settings, while a User has limited access.
The electrician/installer should have left a sticker with the system code in the distribution box. If you don´t have a system code, contact the electrician who made the installation.
1. Tap the cogwheel in the top right corner and choose "Users."
2. Select "Invite users" to find the different system codes to invite an Owner, User, or Installer.
You can add, remove, or manage user access by tapping the cogwheel in the top right corner and choosing "Users." Here, you can invite new users and manage current users. You can also limit access to specific rooms and decide who can make changes and edit devices. You have to be an owner to manage users.
To reset your password, make sure you are logged out in the app.
1. Open the Plejd app and tap the menu in the top left corner.
2. Select "User Settings" and then "Log out".
Once you are logged out, proceed to reset your password.
1. Tap on "Log in" and then "Forgot password?"
2. Enter your e-mail address and tap "Reset password."
You will receive an e-mail from us that contains a link to set a new password.
