The Nueva Andalucía villa
In the exclusive neighborhood of Nueva Andalucía, Spain, a 350-square-meter villa has been provided with Plejd for innovative and efficient home control. The lighting company INDOMOTEK performed the installation, equipping every window with Plejd's Shutter Controller to allow seamless adjustment of blinds throughout the day and complete blackout at night. The lighting is managed through Plejd dimmers, wireless sensors, and relays for the outdoor lights. Smart plugs are used to control window and floor lamps.
Smooth control of window coverings
Plejd's Shutter Controller enables complete control of all roller shutters in the home. The villa is divided into multiple zones, allowing each shutter to be operated individually. Custom scenes have been created for each floor to open or close all shutters with a single press. In addition, scheduled automation opens the shutters at 07:00 and closes them at midnight.
Smart lighting control
The lighting is divided into zones for indoor and outdoor areas, allowing independent control of different lamps. Plejd's wireless motion sensors automatically activate night lighting when motion is detected between floors, such as during nighttime trips to the bathroom or kitchen.
Schedules are used to automatically turn on pool and garden lighting at 22:00 and switch them off again at 06:00. The client has also created scenes with preset light levels to adapt the lighting based on time of day, activity, and mood, both indoors and outdoors. Using scenes, schedules, and sensors creates a flexible and comfortable lighting environment throughout the home.
